Stella McCartney for Gap Kids

I spent my Sunday filled with the laughter of kids enjoying their face sbeing painted and taking pictures with their parents on the photo box. Most of the kids were dressed with very lovable clothing that I really wish were available in adult size. Sadly, it’s of course only available for kids. Too bad, I wasn’t one of those really petite girls who can snatch the largest size on kids clothing section so I can have what they (the kids) are wearing.

Where was I? I was at the launching of the Stella McCartney for Gap Kids Spring Summer 2010 collection.

This is Stella’s second collection for Gap Kids which depicts the essence of a perfect childhood summer wardrobe. The colours are very summery and the materials are all very light. The cut of the attire, as expected since they are targeted for kids are really flexible allowing the kids to move freely. Stella design couple of essentials pieces such as basic tee and tank combined with distinctive pieces to allow kids to express their style more freely by mixing the various pieces from the collection.

The collection is available at the Gap Store in Grand Indonesia, Pondok Indah Mall and Senayan City in limited quantity.

The little models who walked the runway are also adorable too.
